Role Overview:
This role is a full time position that will handle full-stack marketing operations, system integrations, and backend automation to prevent other team members from filling in outside their expertise.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• System Integration: Building and maintaining “Zaps” to connect various platforms (Kajabi to Keep to Stripe, etc.).
• Data Management: Updating spreadsheets and ensuring data flows correctly from AI systems/LLMs into the CRM.
• Marketing Automation: Managing email marketing triggers and backend flows within Keep and Kajabi .
Software/Tools Required:
• Core CRM/Funnel: Keep (Infusionsoft), Kajabi, Thrive Cart.
• Automation/A I: Zapier (including Zapier LLMs), Claude (Primary AI), Gemini, or ChatGPT.
• Payments/Infrastructure: Stripe (Primary), PayPal, GoDaddy (Domain/Hosting management).
• Support: Help Scout. Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience in system integrations and full stack marketing.
• Must understand complex integration logic and technical documentation for AI/LLM connections.
• Must manage Help Scout inquiries and internal team communications.
• Ability to pivot/react to changes “on the fly” via WhatsApp or calls.
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Monthly Salary: ₱62,500.00 to ₱66,500 plus HMO
Schedule: 10am to 6pm EST
Work Location: Remote
