We are looking for a motivated Dutch-speaking Customer Care AdvisorΒ to join the team of a leading international fashion retailer. In this role, you will be the voice of the brand for our Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to simplicity, quality, and exceptional service. Whether by email, chat, or phone, you will help customers with care and efficiency, making their shopping experience seamless and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries across email, chat and phone
Provide clear information about our products, services, and policies
Resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating only when needed
Support customers with orders, returns, and exchanges following company guidelines
Keep customer information accurate and secure
Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience
Native or fluent level of Dutch, plus good English skills
Experience in customer service is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Empathy, patience, and a genuine customer-first mindset
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
